Does CoComm offer after-sales service?

Of course, at CoComm we accompany our customers throughout the entire purchase process, both pre-sales and post-sales. How can I purchase CoComm devices?

Our devices are marketed through agreements with the main telecommunications operators, technology integrators, companies and businesses. If you are interested in incorporating our devices in your company or home, you can also contact us and we will advise you on how to acquire our equipment.

Do I need fiber optics to install it?

CoComm’s technology doesn´t depend on fibre installations and is able to bring connectivity even to rural areas and remote environments. By incorporating a SIM card in the devices, we are able to bring connectivity and communication services to any location in a 100% mobile and wireless way.

Can I connect from any telework location?

Yes, as long as you have access to the mobile network. CoComm is an alternative to fibre for new mobility and teleworking needs. The devices are the best allies for digital workplaces because they guarantee communication services and connectivity from any location, even for workers who are constantly moving around. You can take your CoComm to a second home, to a rural environment, during transport, at an event and back to the office, staying connected at all times.

How many devices can be deployed in a company?

Our technology is fully scalable, meaning you can deploy as many devices as your business needs. Without the need for cables or installations, you can increase the number of devices as your company grows.

Do the devices work as a connection point for other devices?

All our devices with Wifi+HotSpot can be connected as connection terminals for 8 devices at the same time. In addition to guaranteeing voice and data services in the terminal itself, they also function as a WiFi point for other devices.

How much autonomy do the devices have?

The autonomy of the devices depends on each model, but all of them guarantee a minimum autonomy of 3 hours and the equivalent of 3 days of normal use of the device. The latest models incorporate Li-ion batteries with a capacity of 4000 mAh and allow an autonomy of up to 15 hours of talk time.

Is it secure to scale enterprise connectivity across multiple devices?

Does the device need a SIM card?

Does it have a fixed RJ45 type cable or connection to the fibre connection?

No, it doesn’t, we fully rely on mobile technology so operator network

Does it work without being connected to the electricity - plug?

Yes, as long as your device has battery power it doesn’t need to be connected to the mains electricity supply.
