For COCOMM, dedicated to the “Marketing of electronic and telecommunications products,” quality, respect for the environment, occupational health and safety, and efficient energy management are priority factors and are recognizable in the services it provides to its clients. The principles of our policy are based on respect for our company’s fundamental values, customer satisfaction, and a commitment to continuous improvement in our work and processes related to quality, environment, occupational health, and energy efficiency management.
The quality, environmental, health and safety, and energy efficiency policy is established and managed by the company’s Management, the highest governing body.

COMMITMENT TO QUALITY, THE ENVIRONMENT, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY, AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY
- To understand and meet the needs and expectations of our customers, as well as the relevant requirements of stakeholders for the quality management system.
- To establish and periodically review quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, and energy management objectives that ensure the continuous improvement of the integrated management system.
- Strict compliance with current legislation, regulations, and applicable requirements, as well as other commitments undertaken by the company.
- To identify the internal and external stakeholders relevant to the quality management system and meet their requirements, as well as to understand the organization’s context and determine its opportunities and risks as a basis for planning actions to address, assume, or manage them.
- Periodically review the effectiveness of the Management System to identify weaknesses and take the necessary actions for the continuous improvement of our activities and performance in terms of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and energy efficiency.
- Train and raise awareness among all personnel regarding quality, customer satisfaction, customer service, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and energy management.
- Promote and involve all stakeholders, directly or indirectly, in our work procedures related to quality, environment, health and safety, and energy management.
- Develop our designs and projects considering the environmental aspects of each activity, focusing on the efficient use of energy resources, promoting the use of renewable energy, environmentally friendly and sustainable materials, and the efficient use of water. • To protect the environment and prevent pollution directly resulting from our work, reducing waste generation and managing its efficiency throughout its entire life cycle.
- To guarantee the prevention of harm to our workers, committing to eliminate hazards and reduce occupational health and safety risks, avoiding circumstances that could lead to a deterioration of their health, and adopting the general principles required by current Occupational Risk Prevention legislation.
- To achieve the full integration of occupational risk prevention into the Management System, so that the various activities are carried out and decisions are made without compromising the safety of people for reasons of productivity or economics.
- To guarantee the information, consultation, and participation of all workers in matters of occupational health and safety.
- Continuously improve energy performance by focusing our efforts on the efficient use of energy resources needed for our activities and services, including the procurement of energy-efficient products and services, in line with our commitments to combat climate change.
- Foster energy-efficient habits and practices within our organization.
- Ensure business continuity by integrating all Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements into our business processes and committing to meeting applicable requirements.
